01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 17hbajee platform, including the website at 17hbajee.net and the 17hbajee mobile application. By registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet on 17hbajee, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.

These Terms should be read alongside the 17hbajee Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 17hbajee. If there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise stated.

02 Eligibility

To register and use 17hbajee, you must meet all of the following requirements:

17hbajee may request proof of age or identity at any point. If you are unable to provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete. This is a standard procedure and is not a reflection on any individual player.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one account on 17hbajee. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number or different details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and any balances or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts may be voided.

When registering on 17hbajee, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, mobile number and date of birth. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

04 Deposits and Payments

17hbajee accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket — the three mobile banking services most widely used by players in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to additional verification.

Deposits on 17hbajee are credited to your account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to deposit again until the issue has been resolved, as duplicate deposits cannot always be reversed immediately.

• Only deposit from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where the sender's name does not match the 17hbajee account holder — may be rejected or held for verification.
• 17hbajee does not accept deposits made via cryptocurrency, credit card or international wire transfer.
• Deposits made in error cannot be guaranteed to be refunded. Contact support as quickly as possible if you deposit to the wrong account.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on 17hbajee are processed to the same mobile banking account used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect the security of all players on the platform. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Most withdrawal requests on 17hbajee are processed within three minutes. In some cases — particularly for larger amounts or accounts undergoing verification — processing may take longer. 17hbajee does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

17hbajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms.
